The Customer Has The Right To Consume His Subscription Within A Maximum Period Of 90 Days From The Date Of The Start Of Delivery, As The Subscription Will Be Automatically Canceled After This Period And He Will Not Have The Right To Recover The Remaining Amount.

 

If The Customer Wishes To Make Any Amendment, He Must Notify Customer Service Via WhatsApp (01030466213) 24 Hours Before The Date Of Suspension Or Amendment, No Later Than 4 P.m.

 

The Customer Does Not Have The Right To Modify His Meals, And If He Wishes To Make Changes To The Meals, An Additional Fee Will Be Paid, And The Main Office Will determine this Amount.

 

  The Meal Delivery Service Starts From 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. throughout The Week Except Friday, When The Meals Received Are Eaten The Next Day And Double The Order Can Be Received On Thursday.

 

The Waiting Period For The Driver At The Delivery Location Agreed Upon With The Customer Is Only 10 Minutes From The Moment The Driver Arrives At The Location. The Customer Will Be Informed Of The Approximate Delivery Times For The Delivery Location Before The Start Of The Subscription. If The Customer Does Not Respond To The Call, The Meals Will Be Kept At The Eco Healthy Branch.

A Percentage Is Deducted In Exchange For Deposit And Transfer Services From The Value Of The Amount Paid With The Card, In Addition To Deducting The Days That Were Delivered To The Customer At The Original Cost Without Discounts. The Amount Returned To The Customer Is Deposited In The Agreed-upon Bank Account Within One Working Week Of Canceling The Subscription.
